We had dinner at Anne's (Ocala's 2nd Cousin) last night. It was wonderful. Anne made a pasta with a bacon and tomato sauce that was incredible. Jordan and Joe were there and made a Greek salad that complimented the meal very well.

Dinner turned into a wine tasting, as we tasted several. It was a very educational experience, as Anne's boyfriend Silvio works in the wine industry. She guided us through the do's and dont's of wine tasting and helped us understand how to begin to classify them. Ocala picked it all up quick. I tried my best to retain as much as I could about the basics.

All in all, it was an incredibly fun evening.
